Reliant Live (www.reliantlive.com) is searching for experienced (3+ years) ASP.NET developers to plan, design, implement and maintain its web-based talent management applications in ASP.NET with both VB and C#. The ASP.Net developer will also design and develop the SQL Server database components including the schema, performance tuning, data access methods, and stored procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years developing web applications in ASP.NET with VB and C#.
  • 3+ years developing database applications with SQL Server.
  • 2+ years developing web services.
  • Must be a self starter who can work both independently and within a team in an agile environment.
  • Experience with SCORM is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Create requirements for web applications.
  • Convert basic or full requirements into working web applications.
  • Design database schemas, business rules, and access methods for SQL Server.
  • Tune performance of web application and database.
  • Follow security best practices to ensure stability and security.
  • Desire and ability to approach challenges with an entrepreneurial perspective.

This is an entry-level position in a growing company. This a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a truly entrepreneurial environment.

Pay rate: $50,000 - $75,000 per year depending on experience

Position: Industrial/Organizational Intern

Job Description:

The I/O Intern will be part of the development team, and report to the Assessment Development Manager in Tulsa. Responsibilities include contributing to the development of assessment and selection programs in addition to conducting project analysis with client job experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to consulting projects related to client pre-employment or employee assessment needs
  • Conducting job analysis projects including interviewing and observing job experts, administering and analyzing job analysis surveys, and
    documenting the results in a technical report
  • Recommending assessment solutions based on job analysis results and setting up hiring solutions
  • Managing data related to consulting projects and performing statistical analyses as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Graduate student or Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational
    Psychology (or equivalent)
  • Selection system development and / or evaluation
  • Test / survey design
  • Excellent computer skills and willingness to embrace new technologies
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under limited supervision
  • Must be flexible to adapt and get-the-job done rolling with a rapidly changing environment

Job Description:

The Assessment Development Manager is responsible for the day-to-day direction of assessment content development in Tulsa, OK. This position will divide time will between project management with our clients and participating in the development and validation of new content.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct the team effort at a project level.
  • Innovative new development ideas
  • Develop and validate new content
  • Manage technical documentation of content, providing regular communications/progress reports to the Executive Team
