During the past 15 years, Julie has become a nationally
respected authority on practical business applications of
assessment technologies. She is a founding partner of Psichometrics
International which is a firm that creates leading edge employment
assessment technologies providing advice, products, and support
services to thousands of companies in the field of job fit
competency measurement and performance management.
She has also developed considerable financial and management
expertise during the previous 15 years in diverse business
situations. As a high level manager in a $5 billion, 160
branch division of a Fortune 100 company, Julie gained a
perspective on the complex workings of a major corporation.
She then ventured into the challenging world of high tech
entrepreneurs, as the Vice President of a $4 million start
up computer-solutions Company.
Julie is the co-developer of several employment assessment
products used for pre-employment screening as well as training
and development. These products include JobClues, PerformanceClues,
CandidClues, ExecutiveClues and CheckStart. As a Fellow of
the Workforce Stability Institute, she has written a chapter
of their flagship book, “How to Attract, Optimize and
Hold your Best Employees”.
Don Carter PHR
Founder & CEO, Career Match Solutions
As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Career Match
Solutions, Don has over 18 years business experience, including
13 years as a Senior Manager and Business Leader in Human
Resources working in both Motorola Inc, and UAL Inc. (the
parent company of United Airlines) as well in a private consulting
firm which he founded.
While working with Motorola, Mr. Carter was appointed Sr.
Director of Human Resources of Motorola’s Personal
Communications Sector, Greater China, which was their largest
business unit in China with sales of over $2.5 billion USD
at the time.
Along the way Don gained numerous recognitions including
being named as a Motorola Next Generation Leader (1998, 1999,
2000 and 2001), as well as being named a finalist for the
China HR Executive Newcomer of the Year Award (1999). His
responsibilities as an HR leader included employee relations,
staffing, compensation, training, leadership development,
executive coaching, organizational development and succession
planning. The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM)
has also certified Don as a Professional HR Practitioner
(PHR) as well as he is completing coursework for his certification
as a Global HR Practitioner (GHRP). Don is also a member
of the SHRM Consultants Forum.
In 2001, Don embarked on his first company start-up, which
was the ambitious project of creating an international Human
Resources strategic consulting enterprise in China, which
was to become BriTay International. Today, BriTay is a recognized
leader in the provision of quality HR solutions and training
for clients throughout Asia, with projects successfully completed
in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and throughout Mainland China.
BriTay became the winner of the coveted 2004 "Best HR
Outsourcing Firm in China" award by China Staff Magazine
and CCH Asia. Additionally BriTay was again nominated for "Best
HR Consulting Firm in China" (2003 & 2004). BriTay
International was acquired by MRI Worldwide (China), a global
executive search firm and Don continued to lead the firm
as its CEO through March of 2005.
Don graduated from New Mexico Highlands University where
he majored in Business Administration/Finance and he has
also attended Boston College where he studied Corporate Community
Relations Management from the Center for Corporate Community
Relations. Don is also a former U.S. Army Reserve and National
Guard Officer where he achieved the rank of Captain and completed
active duty assignments in support of Hurricane Hugo cleanup
efforts in 1989 and Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm
in 1990.
Christopher Wright, Ph.D,

Dr. Wright has over 9 years of consulting experience
in industrial/organizational psychology, survey research
methodology and employee development. He is the founder,
President & CEO
of CorporateSurvey.com, which specializes in the development
and administration of Internet-based survey tools, including
its flagship ZipSurveyTM.
He earned his B.A., M.A. and Ph.D.
in industrial/organizational psychology from the University
of Tulsa. Dr. Wright has worked with many corporate, non-profit
and educational organizations to develop surveys, selection
tools and 360-degree performance appraisal systems. Clients
include Capital One, Penske, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, the U.S.
Department of Interior, General Services Administration,
Bureau of National Affairs, U.S. Health & Human Services,
and Leo Burnett Worldwide.
Dr. Wright has been a frequent
presenter of original research and a speaker and panelist
at various conferences of the Society for Industrial/Organizational
Psychology, SHRM, and the Academy of Management. His publications
include an article in the Journal of Applied Psychology and
the book The Survey Research Handbook: Guidelines for Developing,
Administering and Reporting Effective Organizational Surveys.
